Job Title: Head of Finance and Account
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The Head, Finance and Accounts will be responsible for the development of a financial and operational strategy with metrics tied to the company strategy/objectives.
Other duties shall include:
- Develop and monitor control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Design processes and policies for unit
- Develop, train, supervise and evaluate departmental staff
- Manage general accounting functions
- Manage consolidation of multiple currencies and countries
- Manage budgets and develop monthly financial and operating forecast
- Manage budgets and provide estimates for multiple currencies and countries
- Manage and implement corporate governance
- Perform tax administration and planning
- Cash flow management / cash position
- Provide regular financial reporting
