Job Title: Events Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday (8:30am-6:00pm)
Job Summary
- The job holder is in charge of storage control and distribution of materials and equipment according to the company’s needs and customers requirement.
- He is also involved in the planning and preparation for dessert catering events, and monitoring of equipment and adhoc staff during events.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time
- Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
- Monitor all ad-hoc Staff and ensure all equipment are handled with care
- Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
- Inspect all equipment after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure accurate number of items are returned
- Ensure that rentals are done in compliance with the organizations policies
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory
- Report all damaged equipment
- Ensure all equipment are clean and properly kept in the store
- Ensure that events run smoothly on site and that clients are happy with our services.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the operations manager and creative director
Requirements
- Education: BSc/HND
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise staff
- Basic numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Paying attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management System.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly plus HMO and pension.
