Job Descriptions
- The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of technical briefs and providing direct technical project management.
Other duties shall include but not be limited to:
- In cooperation with local operations staff and key users, provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units.
- Act as the technical liaison officer for the company
- Manage Field Operations activities within designated geographic area
- Develop and implements quality customer service plans.
- Develop and implement plans for new product integration.
- Develop expectations and deliverables of a new project, clarify the project’s vision and create a project plan.
- Create and manage schedules and timelines, resources, and costs.
