Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Microsoft Excel skills to join our team.
- While prior accounting experience is not required, the ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Excel for financial data management, reporting, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Use Excel for data entry, financial tracking, and basic analysis.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Generate financial reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation.
- Work closely with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Key Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
