Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description
  • Responsible for new clients acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with High Net worth clients
  • Responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the company on a monthly basis and generate MIS
  • Develop new lines of business, targeting untapped business segments
  • Maximize the company’s market share compared to competition
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the area of responsibility
  • Prepare, forward and follow up on business proposals and presentations to companies and high net worth individuals
  • Follow up with operations to ensure prompt execution of customers’ orders.
  • Prepare call memos and review those of subordinates and ensure adequate follow up
  • Ensure proper monitoring and documentation of customers’ accounts
  • Provide advisory services to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with Departmental staff to improve work processes and professional skills
  • Provide periodic reports on Departmental plans and activities to Management
  • Advise clients with regards to their investment and handle their orders
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Applicant should be a graduate with at least 7-8 years of cognate experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the economy, finance and capital market activities.
  • Fluency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, sound credit skills, self-driven, proactive and target oriented.
  • Strong ability to lead and manage people to achieve results
  • Must possess strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Must have good existing client relationships in the market.
