We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospital Human Resources Manager

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Plans, coordinates, and directs administrative functions, including overseeing recruitment, hiring, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:

  • Managing employee performance and addressing workplace issues.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Mediating and resolving conflicts.

Training and Development:

  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs.
  • Ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in employment law.

Other Duties:

  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Processing payroll.
  • Updating workplace policies.
  • Managing employee engagement and retention.

Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

Essential Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 10 years work experience.[
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effectively managing employees and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze data and identify solutions to HR-related problems is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: HR Managers need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
