Job Title: Construction Site Engineer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent Site Engineer with hands-on experience in construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely project execution.

 Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure work is executed according to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
•  Resource Management: Monitor materials, tools, and workforce to optimize site productivity.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong understanding of structural and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Certification in Health & Safety (HSE) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with Nigerian construction regulations and standards.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
