Job Title: Operations Associate

Locations: Surulere & Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Coordination: Oversee shipments, inventory & vendor management.
• Process Efficiency: Ensure timely deliveries & resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain records, update databases & generate reports.
• Financial Support: Assist with invoicing & logistics tracking.
• Training & Onboarding: Support new employees in operational processes.
• Risk Management: Identify & mitigate daily operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 - 4 years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & data management tools.
• Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment.
