Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and service standards.
• Assist in developing customer service strategies for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

Educational Qualifications
Educational Qualifications for a Customer Service Personnel:

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience.
• A Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Additional certifications in Customer Service or Communication are a plus.
• Proficiency in customer relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
