We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Description 

• As a Sales Assistant, you will provide outstanding customer service while assisting with daily store operations.
• You will help customers find products, maintain stock levels, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Encourage sales by suggesting appropriate products based on customer needs, preferences, and current trends.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked and organized.
• Visual Merchandising: Help arrange products in an appealing and strategic manner to maximize sales.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and the latest trends in order to effectively guide customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales assistants and store management to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Skills

• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organization: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
