Job Title: Estate Manager

Location: Okitipupa, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plantation management, ensuring optimal yield, cost efficiency, and sustainable practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure. 
• Ensure functional estate infrastructure.
• Ensure quality standards are met. 
• Ensure a safe working environment. Implement health and safety protocols.
• Ensure sustainable estate operation.
• Provide training and support to farmers and farm staff.
• Foster positive relationship with local communities. 
• community concerns.
• Oversee farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Monitor and control estate expenses. 
• Optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics etc. is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agricultural Science.
• Professional certification such as Certified Estate Manager (CEM), Certified Agricultural Professional (CAP).
• Leadership experience in managing teams and operations.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
