Job Description

• The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of palm oil extraction and refining, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Optimize the use of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure product quality.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee product testing and certification processes.
• Develop and oversee production budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Professional certification, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields (preferred).
• Professional certification in Certified Production Manager (CPSP), Certified Manufacturing, Engineer (CMfgE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) etc
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience of in Palm production.
• Proven track record of Oil Palm production or related industry.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
