Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance standards in Nigeria.
