Job Title: IT / Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
• Manage website hosting, domain, and security protocols.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
• Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on social media trends.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security and accessibility.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection strategies.
• Oversee IT equipment setup, maintenance, and software licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT support, network administration, and system maintenance.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics) and SEO techniques.
