Job Title: Head of Production
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage production budgets, resources, and workforce allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance team performance
Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
Proven experience in a senior production management role.
Working knowledge of- Injection moulding, Blow moulding, Thermo Foaming, Various cosmetics production lines, Diaper Production lines, soap production lines etc.
