Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth

- Manage and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive improvement
- Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies
- Lead organizational change and innovation initiatives
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, strategy, and leadership
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
