Summary

  • The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. 
  • This role involves providing administrative support, managing inquiries, and ensuring the office or facility runs smoothly.
  • Also will like background in sales and customer mgt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
