Job Summary

• We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Support: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, provide styling advice, and resolve complaints.
• Sales & Order Management: Process orders, exchanges, and returns; track and follow up on customer orders.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback.
• Brand Representation & Communication: Maintain product knowledge, represent the brand positively, and assist with social media queries.
• Store & Office Support: Assist with displays, administrative tasks, and sales team support (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styling is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
