Job Overview

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Executive with a banking marketing or law background to join their real estate team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Law (LL.B), or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in real estate business development and similar roles.
• Preferably a Female candidate with a background in banking marketing or law.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and investment trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Salary
NGN500,000 net monthly + Commission on Sales.
