Pipelines As Built Quality Controller at ASC International

• To coordinate the As Built Documentation from Contractors according to the relevant procedures. 
• To verify accuracy and completeness of all as-built documentation from Contractors. 
• Responsible for the creation and management As Built Dossiers. 
• To liaise with Final Documentation Controller on hand over of packages to Project Final Documentation lead, JV and stake-holders. 
• To promote awareness of Company Quality Role 
• To report progress of completion. 
• Work Integrally with Contractor's QC Teams to ensure early commencement of Quality Documentation. 
• Work with Site QC teams to verify documentation submitted by Contractor. 
• Provide weekly status report of progress. 
• Highlight early anomalies in documentation and identify corrective / Preventive Actions. 
• Follow up on Corrective actions for close out. 
• Carry out audits and reviews of Contractors completion activities. 
• Coordination with Field Operations for Assets Hand Over deliverables priority. 
• Follow-up and control all typical documents relevant as built functions. 
• Prepare CD-ROMs / Slides necessary for presentations or meetings 
• Be the focal point for identifying and retrieving all relevant documents during project reviews or audits 
• Attend Project meetings and training as and when require

• Minimum experience of 5+ years
• Minimum Education: Some College
