Job Title: Tax Advisor II

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Main Functions

• Responsible for calculating, preparing and submitting tax returns.
• Advises about business plans and investment opportunities.
• Provides guidance about taxation legislation. Streamlines and minimizes tax liabilities and liaises with the revenue, customs and excise departments, where applicable.
• Moderate to minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable on commercial or business subject matter expertise.

Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 6 - 9 years of experience.
• Regional tax expertise.
• Financial experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex tax issues into general terms.
