We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a business you would be responsible for driving revenue growth identifying new opportunities, building relationships and implementing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunitties
  • Deveop and implement business strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and business acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Leadership and team management
  • Industry knowledge ans awareness
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business plans.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to guide business decisions.
  • Help manage the business development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Track business development activities and report on progress to senior management.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development ormarketing is desirable
  • Proven track record in generating leads, closing sales, and managing business relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing deals and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
  • Familiarity with key competitors, market trends, and regulatory factors.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ability to build and maintain a robust professional network.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA) can be advantageous,
