Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and handle inquiries.
- Manage bookings and orders.
- Keep records and assist with front desk duties.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with proven experience as a customer service representative.
- Female preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Front desk experience is an advantage.
- Must be organized and presentable.
Salary
N80,000 - N85,000 / Month.
