We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager (Motorbike Logistics Company)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics, including route planning and optimization
- Coordinate with riders to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor and address operational issues, such as traffic congestion or bike breakdowns
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to riders
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Other duties as may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 - 7 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
