We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Officer (Entry-level)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assisting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Conducting research to support HR projects and initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability to resume immediately is required.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
