Job Title: Beautician (Female)

Location: Victoria Island and Lekki Phase I - Lagos

Job Summary

• Provide beauty services to clients, including hair, nail, and skin care treatments
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Services: Provide hair services, including cuts, colors, styling, and treatments.
• Nail Services: Provide nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Skin Care Services: Provide skin care services, including facials, waxing, and makeup applications.
• Client Consultations: Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Product Recommendations: Recommend beauty products to clients, based on their needs and preferences.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell and cross-sell services and products to increase revenue.

Educational Qualifications

• Beautician Diploma: Diploma in Beauty therapy or a related field.
• Licensure: Licensure to practice as a beautician, depending on state or country requirements.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a beauty salon or spa environment.
• Age between 28-35 years

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in beauty treatments, including hair, nail, and skin care services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring quality services and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring efficient service delivery and minimizing wait times.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Working Conditions:

• Salon or Spa Environment: Work in a salon or spa environment, with exposure to chemicals and equipment.
• Physical Demands: Physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting, are required.
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
