Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Creative and Detail-Oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the shopping experience across our physical stores.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that align with our brand identity, attract customers, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics and maximize product visibility.
• Design eye-catching window and in-store displays that reflect seasonal trends, promotions, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all store locations.
• Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to align merchandising efforts with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze store layouts, product placement, and customer flow to optimize space utilization.
• Conduct regular store visits to implement merchandising updates, train store staff, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative merchandising techniques.
• Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and store managers to procure display materials and execute merchandising plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies through sales data analysis and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years experience in visual merchandising within the retail or beauty industry.
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel across multiple store locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Salary
N300,000 - N375,000 monthly.
