Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Co-working Space Manager to lead our team at Work Dey HR Services in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing office administration, and overseeing online booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and member acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
Customer Relations:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including events, workshops, and community-building initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
Office Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for members.
- Manage front-desk operations, including reception, mail handling, and phone management.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the space remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Online Booking Platform Management:
- Oversee the management of our online booking platform, ensuring seamless booking experiences for members and guests.
- Monitor and optimize booking processes, including availability, pricing, and payment processing.
- Analyze booking data to inform business development strategies and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or co-working industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing office administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, financial reports, and operational metrics.
- Proficiency in online booking platforms and software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
