Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition lead to drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization.
• The successful candidate will develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
