We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Lagos
Work schedule: Monday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service and record keeping
  • Relationship management
  • Maintain store standardand any other responsibilities as assigned by MD
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Prioritize tasks and deliver on coordination needs.
  • Use basic Excel skills to manage and close tasks.
  • Act as an enabler to push teams for the closure of pending indents/tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree from a reputable institution
  • 2 years experience in sales or Customer service role.
  • Female age below 40
  • Must presentable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Eloquent, confident and pleasant.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
