We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Lagos
Work schedule: Monday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and record keeping
- Relationship management
- Maintain store standardand any other responsibilities as assigned by MD
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prioritize tasks and deliver on coordination needs.
- Use basic Excel skills to manage and close tasks.
- Act as an enabler to push teams for the closure of pending indents/tasks.
Requirements
- Degree from a reputable institution
- 2 years experience in sales or Customer service role.
- Female age below 40
- Must presentable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Eloquent, confident and pleasant.
