Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet guest warmly and professionally
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Address guest complaints and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Process guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Assign rooms and provide keys.
• Verify guest information and payment methods.
• Prepare and process guest bills.
• Manage hotel reservations, including making, confirming, and canceling bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and room assignments.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and other relevant information.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 -3 years of experience.
