Job Title: Human Resource Administrator

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Employee records management:

  • Maintaining accurate employee files, including personal details, employment contracts, leave records, performance reviews, and other relevant documents.

Onboarding new employees:

  • Assisting with the onboarding process by preparing paperwork, introducing new hires to the company, and providing necessary information.

Recruitment support:

  • Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the application process.

Payroll processing:

  • Gathering necessary data for payroll calculations, including time and attendance information, and submitting to payroll department.

Benefits administration:

  • Enrolling new employees in benefits plans, managing changes to coverage, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.

Compliance with labor laws:

  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, including maintaining required documentation.

Employee relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing support on workplace issues.

Data entry and reporting:

  • Updating HR databases with employee information, generating reports on staffing levels, turnover, and other relevant metrics.

Communication with employees:

  • Answering employee questions about HR policies and procedures, providing updates on company news.

Administrative tasks:

  • Maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, filing documents, and managing calendars.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • Candidates should possess 2 - 3 Years of work experience.
