We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

• Managing staff: Hiring, training, and motivating employees
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Responding to complaints, monitoring service quality, and improving customer service
• Maintaining food safety: Ensuring staff follow food safety guidelines, and supervising food preparation and storage
• Managing inventory: Counting inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels
• Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring the restaurant is clean and meets sanitation standards
• Problem-solving: Handling unexpected issues like power outages or equipment malfunctions
• Delegating tasks: Assigning tasks to staff to keep things running smoothly
• Communicating: Liaising between front and back of house staff, and communicating with customers
• Conducting performance reviews: Providing feedback to staff members
• Assisting the restaurant manager: Helping the restaurant team achieve business goals

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• With 2 years work experience in the related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.

Salary
N180,000 - 200,000 / Month.
