Job Title: Sales Representative

Description 

• We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashiers / Sales Representatives to join our client's restaurant team.
• You will be responsible for handling transactions, taking orders, promoting menu items, and providing an excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment efficiently and responsibly.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate to the manager when needed.
• Ensure proper food handling and customer service standards are upheld.
• Assist in restocking items and keeping the front area tidy.
• Provide support to other team members during busy hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND.
• Previous cashier or sales experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Honest, reliable, and a team player.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary
N40,000 month.
