Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team.
- You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous manner
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
- Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, and special requests
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of basic computer systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
