Job Description

• The Equipment Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement, maintenance, storage, and distribution of equipment, while also leveraging their sales experience to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue. 
• This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a solid background in both operations and equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and serviced regularly.
• Coordinate logistics for the delivery and return of equipment.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase equipment sales and rentals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Provide reports on inventory status, usage trends, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to equipment handling and storage.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with Proven experience in equipment management, preferably in an industrial or construction environment and also relevant experience in equipment management and sales.
• Strong background in sales or business development related to equipment or machinery.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Technical knowledge of equipment types and usage is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
