With over nine years of hard work and dedication, we have built projects of all sizes, which include estate development, building constructions and renovation and facility management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Opebi, Airport, Obalende, Ikorodu, Akowonjo - Lagos and Lotto, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
• Work with Sales Team to Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
• Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
• Supervise the media team to also Produce valuable and engaging content.
• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 2 - 4 years of experience.
