Tailored Talent, a recruitment company, is recruiting to fill the position:

Job Title: HR Professional (Operations) 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and new hire onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and help resolve workplace issues.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals, goal setting, and tracking employee progress.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and vendor management.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
• HR Reporting: Provide regular HR reports to CEO / MD and stakeholders.
• HR Strategy & Policies: Develop and maintain HR policies and organizational structure to align with goals and labor laws.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with team leads to align HR strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR or related field.
• Experience working in Communications.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced organisation.
• Operational Experience in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
