Tailored Talent, a recruitment company, is recruiting to fill the position:

Job Title: Finance Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, lead long-term financial strategy, and provide forecasts to support decision-making.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate audits.
• Operational Oversight: Manage cash flow, expenses, procurement, and account management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, and train non-finance staff on financial basics.
• Impact Alignment: Ensure financial strategies support the company's mission.
• Innovation in Finance: Implement technology for efficient financial systems and support innovative financial solutions for startups.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field.
• professional certification - ICAN or ACCA (completed or in view).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Finance Lead, Finance Officer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial software (e.g., Sage One, MS Excel).

• Salary: N500,000 - N650,000 monthly.
