Job Overview

• Oversee successful project delivery, requiring experience in high-value project execution, people management, financial oversight, and systemic operational reform.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Operational Systems: Implement project lifecycle playbook and standardize reporting.
• People Management: Supervise and coach project managers, quantity surveyors, and site supervisors.
• Margin Protection: Track project profitability and ensure variations are captured and billed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in large-scale project execution.
• Skills: Leadership, systems thinking, margin and cost control, and client communication.

Salary
N850,000 / Month.
