Job Title: Senior Design Operations Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• This hands-on role requires someone who understands design deeply and can operationalize creative teams for consistency, speed, and profit.

Responsibilities

• Design Project Delivery: Oversee and QA design deliverables, ensure clear design-to-fit-out pipeline, and own the "Zero Rework" agenda.
• Standardization & Templates:Build reusable space typologies, roll out "Design Kits", and implement modular design blocks.
• Process & Efficiency: Establish clear SOPs, track and reduce time between concept approval and project kickoff, and collaborate with procurement and QS.
• Team Coaching & Coordination: Directly manage and mentor lead designers and outsourced design partners.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in design execution, project coordination, or technical architecture.

Salary
N850,000 / Month.
