Job Title: Programs Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Design and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensure measurable impact.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the programs team, fostering collaboration and success.
• Program Management: Oversee multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery and financial accountability.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Track program progress, assess impact, and provide reports to senior management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, mentors, and government agencies.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify new program opportunities and work with partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a leadership role.

Salary
N500,000 - N650,000 monthly.
