Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Overview
- This role requires a commercially aggressive leader to close strategic deals, build a lean team, and establish structure and repeatability in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & GTM: Design and execute a B2B sales strategy focused on enterprise clients.
- Sales Execution: Lead and close high-stakes deals (N4B+).
- Systems & Reporting: Build CRM architecture and develop dashboards and reporting cadence.
- Team Leadership: Hire and onboard junior sales talent and set clear KPIs and commission structures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience: 8 - 12+ years in B2B enterprise sales or commercial lead roles.
Skills:
- Founder energy, deal athlete, Nigerian enterprise sales fluency, process obsessed, team builder, and strong communicator.
Salary
N1,500,000 Monthly.
