Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deposit/Investment targets.
- Setting deposit/Investment targets and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Presenting the company’s products and services to potential customers, either in person or online.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Conduct high level negotiations with others to achieve desire results and meet our customer’s needs.
- Collaborate with principals on business development.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
- 3 years work experience in the related field.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
- Strong business ethics.
