Job Title: Cake Decorator
Location: Lagos
Duties
- Decorates cakes and pastries Trims uneven surfaces of cakes or cuts and shapes cake to required size
- Spreads icing between layers and on surfaces of cake Prepare and mix icing May be required to mix and bake cakes or pastries
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen or bakery
- Create decorative displays
Skills / Qualifications
- Culinary training or knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (oral) Assertiveness, adaptability and efficiency
- Being creative and artistic
- Being physically resilient
- Reading and understanding written instructions
