Job Title: Finance Analyst

Role Summary
The Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
You’ll collaborate across departments to help optimize costs, improve margins, and support strategic initiatives that shape the future of our travel offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance and provide insights into trends, costs, revenues, and profitability
Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards
Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to evaluate financial impact of business decisions
Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and ROI analysis for travel packages and campaigns
Monitor key financial metrics and help drive initiatives for revenue growth and efficiency
Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling for new products, partnerships, or expansion opportunities
Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience.
