We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Lead / Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Sales Agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product uptake, especially in the phone and electronics market.
  • Oversee day-to-day field sales operations, ensuring team performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor sales activities, providing coaching, support, and motivation to improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate product launches and in-store activations with marketing and retail teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.

Key Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in phone or electronics sales, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage field sales teams, with measurable success.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and influence a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus under tight deadlines.
