Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Operations Managerplans and directs the day-to-day operations of the Supermarket
• He/She is expected to supervise four different stores within the town.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer service and procurement, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Create store policies and marketing programs that will boost sales and expand the existing customer base.
• Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification / Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 10 years of experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
