Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the human resources department within the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedure.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Advise management on HR issues such as organizational development, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
  • Promote a positive company culture and ensure effective internal communication.
  • Assist with HR budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • You must reside within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
