Job Description
- Oversee and manage the human resources department within the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedure.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Advise management on HR issues such as organizational development, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
- Promote a positive company culture and ensure effective internal communication.
- Assist with HR budget planning and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience.
- You must reside within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
