Job Title: A La Carte Cook

Job Description

• Prepare individual menu items from the à la carte menu, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
• Cook dishes to order, ensuring proper timing for each dish to be served at the right temperature.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are prepared and served efficiently.
• Ensure that each dish is prepared and presented according to restaurant specifications.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients used in dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized cooking station throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper portion control for each dish to maintain consistency and food cost.
• Keep track of stock levels and communicate with the kitchen supervisor when supplies are low.
• Adapt menu items for customers with special dietary requirements or allergies.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1-2 years experience.
• You must be living within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
